We always consider cost vs. value when recommending a solution. If you are best served by a service that we do not provide, we will refer you to another provider. If you call us with computer problems and have an older system, we may recommend that you upgrade your system instead of engaging our services. We are always respectful of your time and money, especially when we are working at an hourly rate. We focus on creating long-term, reliable solutions that you can depend on. We have a work order documentation system so you always know what you're paying for. For larger projects, we will submit a proposal to you with a fixed-price and signoff points. We do not bill for work until the work has been completed and you are satisfied.
We follow best practices and offer proven solutions. If we recommend a solution to you, we have already set it up for other clients and have verified that it is an effective solution. We bill in quarter-hour increments with a minimum of one hour if we do a house call or office visit. We don't bill for the first ten minutes of phone support or for e-mail support. In addition, we are available by phone and in-person if you have computer emergencies after-hours or on weekends.
